Everyone has to start somewhere. Our first trades how exhibit happened in 2007 at Collectione trade fair in Frankfurt. It proved an encouraging start to what has now become known as FIFTYEIGHT PRODUCTS. Here's a look back.

Who said that TASSEN products have to make happy faces all the time?! How about some emotional depth; some kind of variety. Because before our TASSEN can look content and happy, sometimes they need to make a wish and be hopeful about a fortunate event in their future – expressed by this irresistible face pleading, “Oh! Please!”

We've always had a tendency to really like Tendence trade show in Frankfurt. Because it's practically a home game for us, and we could not imagine a better place to show the world our latest novelty: Egg cups with smiling faces – even 100% Made in Germany.

How about seeing the latest TASSEN products and taking a quick nap in comfy lounging chairs to recover from your jet-lag? This is exactly what our TASSEN Chill Out Zone at Decorate Life tradeshow had to offer on a whooping 300 sq.meters of booth space.

Shanghai is not only one of the largest economic centers of the world, it's also a city of stark contrasts. On one side of the 113-kilometer long Huangpu river, the new Pudong district is dedicated to BIG BUSINESS – literally shouting at you in large-scale dimensions – while on the other side you can find the historic China in the Puxi district.

Get ready for some eye candy that brings our TASSEN tableware full circle: As the perfect supplement to our porcelain dishware, FIFTYEIGHT Products now releases paper napkins with a special TASSEN look. For every mood and occasion, the six-piece napkin collection offers a fitting design ranging from posh to playful. It’s a move into a brand-new product category – and one that’s been carefully planned. “It was an exciting challenge for us to play around with an entirely different material and finessing all the new production processes. Our loyal TASSEN fans at this point pretty much have their shelves fully stacked with our porcelain goods – so it was time to serve them something new,” smiles Chris Endres, Head of Distribution, Germany.
